These Terms and Conditions apply to the website, estimate request forms, quote portal, appointment reminders, and customer communications provided by Ace Courts (“Ace Courts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, approving a quote, or communicating with Ace Courts, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Ace Courts provides sport court construction, resurfacing, repair, concrete work, fencing coordination, basketball hoop installation coordination, acrylic surfacing, line striping, and related court improvement services.
Any information submitted through our website or forms is used to respond to your request, schedule appointments, prepare estimates, send quotes, coordinate work, and communicate about your project.
2. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing
Estimates and quotes are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. Final pricing may change if site conditions, access, dimensions, material needs, scope changes, or other project factors differ from the information originally provided.
Quotes may include included line items and optional/selectable line items. If optional line items are selected and approved, they may change the total project price.
A quote is not final until it has been approved by the customer and accepted by Ace Courts.
3. Scheduling
Appointment times, estimate windows, project start dates, and completion timelines are estimates and may change due to weather, material availability, site access, permitting, subcontractor availability, or other conditions outside our control.
Ace Courts will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes as soon as practical.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be stated in the quote, invoice, or written agreement. Deposits may be required before scheduling, material ordering, or project start.
Ace Courts may accept payment by ACH, check, or cash. If a customer indicates that payment has been made by ACH, check, or cash, that payment is not considered confirmed until Ace Courts verifies receipt.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through an Ace Courts form, website, quote portal, or direct communication, you agree to receive text messages from Ace Courts related to your inquiry, estimate request, appointments, quotes, project updates, invoices, payment reminders, and customer service communications.
Message frequency may vary depending on your project, appointment schedule, and communication needs.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Email Communications
By submitting your email address, you agree that Ace Courts may contact you about your inquiry, estimate, quote, appointment, project, invoice, or related customer service matters.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, project details, site access information, and any known conditions that may affect the project.
Customers are responsible for reviewing quotes, scope details, optional line items, payment terms, and project information before approving a quote.
8. Changes to Scope
Any work outside the approved quote or original scope may require a revised quote, change order, additional approval, or additional payment.
9. Website and Portal Use
The Ace Courts website and customer portal are provided for convenience. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the website or portal will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Courts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, forms, quote portal, communications, or services.
11. Updates to These Terms
Ace Courts may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
